All fees are due in advance as outlined during the signup process. We accept PayPal and cryptocurrency payments. Services are provided after payment confirmation.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages unless covered by a separate SLA. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

7. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of all data. We recommend regular backups of your websites, databases, and important information.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content hosted on our servers. Foxxy respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid infringement claims in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Account data may be deleted following our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
